9:00 - 9:20: Greetings & Yellow Boxes (see description below)
9:20-9:35: Circle Time (weather, calendar, songs, read aloud, Letter of the Week, etc.)
9:35- 10:30: Centers/Free Choice (blocks, dramatic play, trains, puzzles, writing center, puppets, etc.)
10:30- 11:15: Snack & Outdoor Play (will include tricycles, climbing structure, swings, drawing with chalk, balls, and group outdoor games)
11:15-11:40: Art/Crafts/Sensory Experiences
11:40-11:55: Music and Movement or Group Game
11:55 - Prepare for pick up
12:00 - Pick up
"Yellow Boxes" are bins that I will have filled with rotating activities for the children to choose from and work on as they arrive. Some examples of things they might include are fine motor activities, patterning/sorting activities, simple craft activities, puzzles, geoboards, etc. These activities will be rotated often.
